Chief finance officer
Jonathan started his career with SGV & Co. under assurance services. He worked with clients under various industries such as food and beverage, shared service, telecommunication, power and utilities as well as marketing and advertising. He led teams in providing external audit services involving the understanding and testing of internal controls and review of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He was also involved in reviewing internal controls and procedures subject to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
After his 4-year stint with SGV, he worked with private companies as a Controller for 3 years where he was involved in running the entire accounting process from set up of accounting system, tax compliance, bank reconciliations, receivable and payable management, cash flow management, formulation and tracking of budgets and forecasts, and financial reports preparation and analysis.
Jonathan is also a Certified Xero and Quickbooks Online Advisor.
